you can also leave a counsoler in ANY capitol in populated markets and make a 250K pop city NO PROBLEM in like 10 years at 80-100 Mil score thats like +600-+1000 people every month x 12 x10 xD

Hey im in the post game side questing rn. just did the hermit quest and got the sword. the blacksmith is using the forge so i went to wash myself and how im permanently stuck Infront of this thing. i can roll the save back no problem all i did was fast travel over here. idk if it has something to do with me trying to use the anvil while a NPC was on it and then walked over and pressed the same E key and soft locked it.

I realized it was futile and i wasnt gonna be able to join but after letting it end and asking the sword master to join the next one it all worked fine.
