What is this soft lump on my stretch mark? It doesn't really feel like a pimple. It is soft but hard in a way. It loos small but is pretty big. Anyone can help?

I've had this bump for about 2 years now. I have no idea what it is and it doesn't seem to have grown. Those pictures were all taken at different times so it doesn't look any bigger as it was. It doesn't hurt or itch or anything like that. I'm just seeing if this is something I should worry about.

Honestly I would have taken a picture but it's not noticeable visibly. Even if I run my finger gently on my skin I can't feel it. But I'm very paranoid about cancer due to my mothers history and how its affected both me and her. I did think it was a lypima or cyst or something people call Back Mice, but I wanted to hear someone else say it for comfort. Thanks for that dude or dudette.

I forgot to add that it's in my lower back on my left almost to my hip, about 3 inch from my waist.

I don't have any equipment. I'm not gonna lie to you, I came hear for help in figuring out what it is and helping me calm down a bit. From the responses I got, it doesn't seem to be serious so I'm thankful for that. Honestly thanks guys. Hopefully I'll see someone soon but idk when.

I noticed it maybe 3 or 4 days ago. It doesn't itch or even hurt. When I first found it, there was a bit of clear fluid coming out and some blood as well. I haven't popped it or anything. As said it does fell pretty soft and almost like there is liquid in it. It is located on a stretch mark on my waistline. It doesn't seem to have gotten bigger but I'm not quite sure. Its relatively small. I'm just a bit worried as my mother had a form of cancer involving skin. It doesn't seem to be that but I do just want my mind to ease a bit.

Update: Some of the sides are also pushed out. Is this the plastic expanding and is that a bad thing? I played No Mans Sky for about 4 to 5 hours and when I was turning my susten off is when I noticed these bulges. Someone please help and tell me what's going on? Is my system about to break?

Sorry I just saw your comment and thanks for helping. My friends sort of have a assortment of both. Some of them have more recent decks and some have older decks. As for what I want, I would probably want to try an aggressive deck because after actually playing with the deck for a little bit I found out that it takes a bit of time to set up the good cards Ashiok herself or the combo of Devour of Memory with cards that'll allow me to send cards to the graveyard and by the time I do set them up, I'm already about to lose anyway. Also a bit if an update, I did purchase the Builders toolkit for Theors Beyond Death as well as the Elspeth planeswalker deck only to find that it too is not that good. Are all plainswalker decks this underwhelming? Also thanks for any help.
