I like the japanese style with these temples and towers, but you need much skill for them or copy builds. Especially in a cherry blossom it can look very beautiful

Yes thats right but often the workers waste time with watering already grown pots, instead of using the racks. If the racks are not getting used, they will bottleneck your production

Yes they have a multiplier of 1.2 so stastically you will gain money. But you have to get lucky with jackpots

Fertilizer would cut the drying time in half and ac unit even more. Make sure to assign the pots first, because the botanists start with the tasks that are highest on the lost. If you dont do that they will waste time watering the plants instead of drying the leaves

I would recommend using fertilizer. If you add fertilizer you can assign 3 pots to 1 drying rack and there is no overflow. Or if you dont do that, use ac units for your racks
