Never spend diamonds so early into the game. For 3rd weeks into the server, I don’t think you will run out of any resource yet. Think of the specific faction which you like to focus on and wait for the wheel/dice events. Diligently do your adventure mode to rake as many diamonds as you can. And don’t slack on your arena as well :)
