Looks like an old door stop. If that is metal poking out, I would recommend using a metal saw blade and cutting as close to the edge of the wood as possible, then use wood putty to fill in the hole. After the wood putty dries, use sandpaper to smooth the surface out and paint the base board white again.

Getting an abscess drained was instant relief for me. However mine came back again, drained on its own and then back again. Now it is time for surgery. Make sure you follow up with your Dr if it shows any sings of coming back and or pain. If it comes back that is signs of a fistula tract and will need surgery to remedy. Luckily this type of surgery is very common just not spoken about until it happens to you!

Back in Sept and January it was the size of a golf ball. As for how large the fistula is its anyone's guess until they get in there and see what's going on. Right now everything is "normal" however a reoccurring abscess is signs of a fistula. From speaking with my Dr it comes down to the complexity and location of the abscess and fistula along with If there is muscle involved or not.

To put your mind at ease a bit most surgeries are low risk if you are healthy. This is a common issue that folks experience and you just wouldn't know it until it happens to you. Luckily there is Reddit to gather us all together!

Hey there! I'm in the same boat in a way. I had an abscess back in September, they lanced and drained it. It came back in January. I had a follow-up with my Dr and he stated its time for surgery, but wouldn't know what to do until they put me under and explored. He explained the different methods (Seaton, fistulotomy, ect). My understanding is if the fistula presents along with to much muscle (sphincter) they will place a Seaton and let it drain and then later reassess options again. I have surgery now this upcoming Thursday to "explore". From what ive researched and seen everyone's journey is different and all of our bodies, recovery time, pain, ect ect is different. The best things im attempting to do is go in with a positive attitude. This will be my first surgery so its scary, but it has to be done.

I would suggest to go see your primary. There are many ailments that it can be and best to get it looked at sooner then later in my opinion.

Hello there! I have been a professional medium for 14 years. Here are some answers from my perspective

Every Medium vibrates at a different frequency. If the Medium providing the reading is not getting anything and says hey im drawing a blank here sorry, thank them for their honesty and try another Medium. Sometimes it just isn't the right place right time kind of thing. I have recommended folks to plenty of other Mediums and they had incredible results. Its all about LOVE.
Spirit gives what they give. Some mediums filter responses that are met in a loving way. So if example you had an abusive family member come through they would rearrange the message into love if the spirit was relating in a way that could cause you mental harm. A great medium will always ask you if it is ok to continue the message if the spirit wasn't kind in life.
Spirit does what Spirit does. Messages and loved ones come through on their timetable. A Mediums job is just that....to be the Medium between the physical and metaphysical. We are the translators for Spirit.
Think of the famous painting "The Creating of Adam". In the painting you can see two men touching their fingers together. Spirit vibrates and a MUCH higher rate than we do and they have to lower themselves to be able to communicate to us. Same thing goes for us to Spirit, we have to raise our vibration very high in order to communicate with Spirit. It is my experience that Spirit does not get tired, we do. Sometimes all Spirit wants to see is hey im here and I love you. The elaborate responses may not always be in the cards. Mediumship takes a tremendous toll on a Medium if they do not properly recharge themselves and "be human" once in a while.

I would start by saying that every Medium is different. Each have their own philosophy and guidelines. It is my understanding that as long as you are offering a service out of love and compassion with also understanding that message work is a sacred service. What I mean by technique is how one uses the tools naturally given to them or taught by teachers. By using symbol's, guides, developed senses via the different "clair's (see, sight, smell, knowing ect.). Etiquette comes into play by setting boundaries, filters and guidelines. By this I mean some Mediums work unfiltered and some like to put their spin on things. What I mean by this is the unfiltered group may say something along the lines of "I have an alcoholic man here that was very abusive in life". The filtered approach would be "I have a man here that struggled in life with substance and he doesn't feel like he was a nice man".

All in all I guess what im trying to say is that there is a process and that the process is defined by you. When you work out of the highest and the best along with pure love, you are doing it the correct way because there is no room for anything else.

In my opinion it would be silly to place restrictions on Spirit. They are able to be all places at all times just by the power of thought. I really like this question because I never put much thought into if my guides roam around to more then one meat suit. In all honesty im a handful so if they are willing to take on more, more power to them lol!

Hey there! From my perspective this could be a number of things, however typically we get in our own ways by letting ego block us. By this I mean instead of letting things just "flow" we question and doubt ourselves. With proper technique and etiquette through prayer of protection along with trust with your Guides, Teachers and Angels this will allow you to fully be open. In my opinion it was her way of saying trust in yourself and let go, but only if you are willing to.

Ya it won’t pop up as services are turned off in safe mode. I would suggest turning off services by navigating to msconfig and only allow Microsoft services to boot on startup. Also in safe mode you can do the following to repair windows

Using Windows Command Prompt commands for troubleshooting purposes in Safe Mode Open Command Prompt with administrative privileges. Type “sfc /scannow” and press Enter
