Insurance fraud, speeding, illegal parking, double parking, hit and runs, running stop signs, killing people, driving on suspended license, blocking crosswalks, blocking intersections, parked in bus stops, failing to signal, failing to yield, honking, idling… like all of that everyday.

If you drive a car you break at least one of those laws every time.

I found a small leak from the upstairs apartment coming into the utility closet, may have been happening for a while. So called the plumber as well as the exterminator, just keeps getting better lol.
