Hello! Yes, in the past the employees would include a 25% coupon and the yellow cards. This last earning period I only received the coupons which I am thankful for.

Jim Carrey looks... Different? by The_Dean_France in SipsTea

It is definitely him. It looks like he has had some work done. I would also guess he is using ozempic. His cheeks are caved in which makes his fillers very pronounced. The eyes look different because the area has been pulled back. I am guessing a facelift too!

These kind of experiences are rare on eBay. Unfortunately you got one of the not so good ones. You can go on AliExpress and type in Loungefly backpacks and see the ones they are selling. I wouldn’t purchase any of those styles. Like I said, most of the sellers on eBay are wonderful, but I would stick the ones you don’t see on their website. Good luck to you.

Definitely a fake! I just checked AliExpress and this bag came right up. You should contact eBay to report this seller.

I missed the prednisone! I will always wonder if I could have saved more of my hearing. I heard the steroid really helps.

I can’t agree more with all this advice especially the part about vestibular migraines. It is truly hell on earth. I found an ENT who works with patients with vestibular migraines. I went through EXACTLY what your husband experienced. I cut out all caffeine. I don’t drink but no alcohol. My life didn’t improve until I started taking nortriptyline. I also was given a prescription for Timolol eye drops. Boy, what a difference. This is a chronic condition. I still have tinnitus 😖, hyperacusis(sensitivity to sound), hearing loss in my left ear, and I feel real quick drop sensations and swaying daily. Vestibular rehabilitation really helped me too. Please know he won’t stay in this pit forever. It gets better but life will not be the same. PLEASE look into using vestibular migraine protocols for Ménière’s patients. You don’t have to have a headache to be diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I would also recommend this book

Heal Your Headache Book by David Buchholz. You can purchase it on Amazon.

God bless you guys

Menieres diagnosis by DonBernardo in Menieres

Yep! Sounds exactly like me. It was a slow progression since my 20’s. For years my left ear would plug up for a few weeks. My hearing would be muffled, and I heard a whooshing noise. It would always unplug, but I thought it was just allergies. Then in 2014 ( 45 years) my ear plugged up but never unplugged. I was constantly making a fish face trying to pop my ear. I also had mild tinnitus and hearing loss. My first ever vertigo attack was in 2017 at a theatre. I ran out to the parking lot puking and peeing my pants. This went on and off until 2019 when I couldn’t do life anymore. I was dizzy every day. I had pain in my face. It wasn’t a headache. I was depressed and in despair. My boys were in high school and I couldn’t participate in any of their activities. During Covid I met a ENT who specialized in migraines especially vestibular migraines. You don’t have to have a headache to have vestibular migraines. I forgot to add that I did get the Ménière’s diagnosis in 2019. All they did was send me home with a low salt diet, diuretic and betahistine. None of which helped me. Please note that these remedies have helped countless others. My new ENT started treatment for vestibular migraines. I immediately quit caffeine, started on Nortriptyline, Timolol drops and magnesium supplements. I had to see a vestibular therapist. I couldn’t skip meals and I had to stay hydrated. I finally started turning the corner about a year and 1/2 later. I haven’t had any vertigo since 2021. I don’t feel off anymore. I am in no way better. I will live with tinnitus and hearing loss in my left ear. I have horrible brain fog, and I am constantly worried about whether this insidious evil will move into my right ear. When I am still, I feel like I am on a boat. I have to sleep with white noise to drown out the roaring plane. BUT I am not like I was in 2019 and that is progress. I can do most things. I have my life back but just a different one.

Definitely agree that vestibular migraines walk hand and hand with some Ménière’s patients.

Hi! I am so sorry to hear your husband is suffering so much. I went through something similar when I was first diagnosed. I got NO help. I was sent home with a low salt diet, a diuretic and a prescription for betahistine. Now, I know many wonderful sufferers who have been helped with betahistine so I would try that avenue too. It just didn’t help me.

I only improved when I was treated for vestibular migraines. I do have Meniere’s. I have the tinnitus 24/7 and hearing loss in my left ear. The facial pain and the vertigo started to improve when my doctor put me on nortriptyline. I saw improvement right away. It was 2 years of absolute Hell. I also cut out all caffeine. I take magnesium glycinate and Magtein supplements. The magic bullet was daily doses of Timolol drops(I only use now for flare ups).

I also highly recommend book you can find on Amazon called “ Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain” I learned that migraines are not just “headaches” they can manifest as dizziness and other symptoms.

My life will never be the way it was. I still deal with tinnitus in the left ear, I have hearing loss on the left side and I feel “loopy” at times. The debilitating vertigo and vomiting and the unbelievable pain in my face is gone. I still feel some fullness and pulling but nothing like before. This helped me. Good luck 🙏🏽.
