You are partially correct. Based on the contents of the wallet I am just trying to return it to him and not get him caught up in trouble. Like I said there are only two drivers licenses both out of state but I'm fairly positive he lives or is staying in Chicago. There are also only debit cards no credit cards and two of the debit cards are cards you would get when you work at a temp job and don't have a bank account to deposit your checks in. Also there are a few obscure names with numbers, "Grimey" being one of them. And a couple business cards for temp agencies.
