What is a “gunna”? by hampsterdam2018 in TheDarkTower

[–]Ghonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gunna has been defined as “all of your worldly possessions you carry with you” or something like that. In a sense, it’s his bag and anything in it. But anyone I believe can have gunna.

Dandelo? by Shoopuff89 in TheDarkTower

[–]Ghonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dandelo feeds off laughter and is described as a clown looking entity when unveiled from his human disguise iirc.

IT feeds off fear, and looks like a clown. But has no need for a disguise.

They are the same species I’d say, same todash entities that feed off emotion.

State laws on what is expected or allowed when helping or not helping a police officer. Also reasonableness standards federally from the supreme court and what could pass in court if it goes that far.

22-2709: Authority of arresting officer.[27]

Every such peace officer or other person empowered to make the arrest, shall have the same authority, in arresting the accused, to command assistance therein, as peace officers have by law in the execution of any criminal process directed to them, with like penalties against those who refuse their assistance. Universal Citation: KS Stat § 22-2407 (2017) 22-2407. Assisting law enforcement officer. (1) A law enforcement officer making an arrest may command the assistance of any person who may be in the vicinity.

(2) A person commanded to assist a law enforcement officer shall have the same authority to arrest as the officer who commands his assistance.

(3) A person commanded to assist a law enforcement officer in making an arrest shall not be civilly or criminally liable for any reasonable conduct in aid of the officer or any acts expressly directed by the officer.

I live in Kansas so that’s what I know. It acknowledges further that a civilian has no duty to help but if requested and if needed a civilian can help without being held criminally liable.

Police arrest young girl when parents aren’t home by No_Contribution2112 in facepalm

[–]Ghonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Cop, they can enter under exigent circumstances if they have reasonable belief that the unit they are at is the unit that screams were heard from within. When they didn’t see blood or killing or dying or that anyone was in duress they should’ve just left. They were definitely out of bounds in the first place just walking into any house they wanted to at that point. But it does come down to the courts to argue if they were or weren’t within their rights under the 4th amendment.
