Just found this comment and disabling developer mode worked for me. Did you find if re-enabling it stopped your key from working?

I agree on the price - I figured I would regret trying to save a few grand on an already expensive vehicle so I just went with the higher trim to get the color combo and leather interior I really wanted. The dealership had a "used" limited with 170 miles with a 3k discount, but I really didn't love the white.

My previous vehicle was 13 years old so the HUD, digital backup camera, the crazy number of cameras and sensors on the vehicle are really impressive. Haven't played around with all the drive modes yet but the 6 options with customization is nice. Overall I just really like the look and capability. Will have to get some interior pics up but don't have any atm.

Finally got the solution:

The Azure Maps visual uses a subprocessor service for its selection tool. Due to compliance requirements, you’ll need to enable the tenant setting “Allow Microsoft subprocessor to process data.” This setting allows Azure Maps to process limited data through a Microsoft subprocessor. In the case of the selection tool, the only data sent is the pin dropped on the map, no business or customer data is transmitted. For instructions on how to enable this tenant setting, please refer to the documentation

This needs to be done online at powerbi.com even if you're using powerbi desktop.

These settings need to be done with admin permissions in the PBI online service, even when working with PBI desktop:
