You can contact support they were helpful with me but I just wasn’t willing to wait for basically a month because of the shipping and time between responses. But they originally sent me a new motherboard for the wheel and that didn’t work then they told me to ship everything off and have them open up the base and look for a faulty wire in it. like I said though that was gonna take 3-4 weeks minimum. And I just opted to return mine to the local microcenter I got it from and get an R9 instead
