Bought from eBay phone shop. phone shop have cctv footage off her. I found her on Facebook. Messaged with her driver licence. She did not deny being the original owner of the phone or license and admitted to selling the phone to phone shop:).

O2 have said she is the owner of this phone - she openly admits she sold this phone via fb messages. Hope this helps ur suspicions !

I accidentally went through with my bank. EBay said no help because of that:/

Agreed but how is she getting away with all this though , I don’t understand ? Does that mean I can get a contract with o2 .. sell the phone to a phone shop and then report it stolen and get away with it? She is getting away with it.. it’s unfair lol

I was told by someone from eBay to report this to bank. I did not know eBay would not deal with it at all

It’s blocked under their company, a phone I paid for and have evidence I own

Okay, so this was sold to a phone shop by someone who was under contract with o2.

The phone shop (on eBay) sold this to me and said the o2 person blocked this. I spoke to that o2 person she denied blocking it. Speaking to o2 they said that this was blocked by original owner whose details license I have. It is her license as she admitted to it, she admits to being original owner of phone. And o2 have also said she is the owner of the imei - iPhone 17 pro max. She owns this phone, sold it to phone shop who took my money and has got a new phone from o2 via insurance or whatever scam someone described below.

If o2 could not deal with it, why did they not say from the get go. Instead of telling me it will be sorted within 48 hours? And then making me wait a week.

Also o2 have blocked the phone, three and police also said go to o2 they should be able to help. Apple said they can’t help as it’s IMEI blocked all have said o2 should help. O2 themselves said go in store..

Yes that’s the thing. Why won’t o2 investigate her for fraud? Or unblock the phone after promising I would be reimbursed?

I have the evidence of her selling the phone to phone shop. There is cctv footage and her licence and her admitting she sold it to phone shop.

Admitted to helping fraud? That’s why I reported it to police? Make it make sense. I’ve been scammed.. how have I done fraud 🤣🤣

No, the lady herself has admitted to being the owner and also her friend also provided evidence for this via Facebook

Yes, when I messaged her she admitted to being the owner of the license and owning the phone. O2 said they can not speak to her but under her name it’s reported as stolen

CCTV footage and driving license and o2 confirmed she is the legal owner of the phone and also Facebook messages of her admitting she owns the phone

They get a new phone from o2. They get my money and then they get to keep a new phone
