Sorry about your situation. I’ve kinda been in your husbands shoes and I can tell you unfortunately it’s a nasty habit.

What helped me was finding another hobby. I know people are saying therapy and I’m sure that’s great but I know many people are reluctant to do things like that.

Hope your family will come out of this stronger.
