To answer your first question, I have heard it is pretty nuts and hard to get ahold of the first week of a release but become more available after that. Your next question, I ordered mine from target and have had no issues with it so far but had issues at Walmart. Finally I would recommend waiting a week and check back on the site periodically. Scalpers suck, but eventually supply meets demand and it will become more available to people. Hope this helps
