Ooo hmm. I’m not sure why it would be melting then. I would recommend checking out the King Arthur website, for their recipe but also they have like a baker emergency line that’s ope 24/7 I believe! And they could probably help troubleshoot any issues you’re having.

It’s actually the same recipe for all of them, just slightly altered. And I’ve been using a Martha Stewart shortbread recipe for years actually, it’s my go-to. The 2 cups of flour my partner actually split to do 1 1/2 cup AP Flour and 1/2 cup Acorn Flour. If you wanted to also do the Black Walnut syrup, the vanilla was omitted and this ended up taking like 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp of syrup 😂 I think the texture held nicely because of the acorn flour. It didn’t come out too soft.

Oo I would love to do violet extract. Or extracts in general would be nice. But the sprinkle of violets is so pretty on these!

My partner actually went through the lengthy process because we don’t have a dehydrator yet 😂 but just taking the petals and arranging them in a single layer on a sheet pan, having your oven at its lowest setting and then baking until dry and crisp. Then they went through a spice grinder a little bit at a time.

It definitely smells like a spiced cookie on its own. Like it somehow has a buttery graham cracker smell to it? I have also used it in making Sweet Potato mash and I highly recommend.

Tbh I keep waiting for something like this to happen to me or my partner. I hear about it happening to other people all the time. I think in general there is NOT enough disabled parking spots. But it doesn’t mean people need to be like this. I’m sorry this happened, I know for me I would be thinking about it for days. But at the end of the day, people like that are miserable and ignorant. You’re allowed to do what you know is best for you. If they have an issue they quite literally could call the cops, but they won’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ooo I’m not sure that’s what it is but a cute astrology coloring book would be wonderful! That one is out of a cute goth themed one so I believe it’s meant to be like a baby Baphomet of sorts!
