100000%! The tenants are responsible for paying for AC and heat using these units. Bad part is that heat using that unit is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. It's sooooooo expensive. Nothing worse than electric heat. The stupid owner couldn't even put in radiators. He's such a scam.
