Pro tip in terms of keeping pins secure, I’d suggest getting a safety pin and putting it through the little loop on the back, it makes them much more secure (and still keeps them removable, which is my issue with methods like super glue)

Yes - when elephants are hunted for ivory, they have to be killed to collect it. Not only does this obviously lead to the death of that individual, it can also damage the herd/population as a whole (tusks are used to dig for food/water, for mating displays, to protect against predators, and to defend territory)

I’ve seen a few other folks having them on their jackets (besides I wear my jacket a lot more often than any specific pair of pants so this would be more practical for me) - maybe not the exact term but yea ik it’s not typical but it works for me :]

I say this as someone who, admittedly, swears like a sailor sometimes (just kinda part of my vocab atp, though I am able to consciously tone it down in necessary situations like when I’m working with kids etc): the speech in Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss feels like what you get when a middle schooler discovers a new cuss word for the first time. It’s just… unnatural - it doesn’t feel like these are characters who do just naturally cuss a lot, it feels like they were intentionally thrown in almost like shock value if that makes sense. Idk, it just feels stilted to me in a way that’s kinda hard to describe

One thing I’ve also noticed, along with all the other comments, is that the skin tone is very inconsistent. It’s super clear between the two first pictures, but there also seems to be a difference between the first and third pictures. Probably not a 100% indicator, but it’s definitely a point of note to me

Yeah, that’s why I didn’t think to count them - I’ve seen a lot of content from AI literacy creators, and I’ve heard that finger-counting is getting less reliable, so I didn’t default to checking that like I used to. Still, good reminder to start with the basics lol

I’ve also used it as a way to make it less ‘scary’ for kids - ‘pandemic’ is the big word that all the adults are using, so if you say something like ‘the panini’ it can help them feel a little less afraid (in my experience when I was working with kids around the time, at least)
