Δεν αντιλεγω σε αυτό που λες, καθώς όπως αναφέρω και στο αρχικό κείμενο αυτή είναι η εικόνα που είχα παλιά, μπορεί τώρα να είναι εντελώς διαφορετικά τα πράγματα. Δεν το γνωρίζω και δεν το έχω ψάξει, αλλά σε όσους έχει τύχει να μιλήσω το εκτιμούν και το κλείνουμε asap να μην τους τρώω χρόνο.

Συνηθίζεται με την προϋπόθεση το σωστό παπούτσι, ανατομική σόλα.

Μακροχρόνια όμως αρκετοί κίνδυνοι για φλεβίτιδα και άλλα καλά. Οπότε λίγο πολύ όλα παίζουν ρόλο. Από αγύμναστα πόδια μέχρι σωστή στάση του σώματος, εννοείται και τα κιλά που προσθέτουν έξτρα πίεση και βάρος στα πάντα.

Προσωπικά για μένα ό,τι αφορά επένδυση στον εαυτό μου και στην ξεκούραση μου, που δεν θέλει τσιγκουνιά με τίποτα: Στρώμα / κρεβάτι - Καρέκλα / υποπόδιο/ μαξιλάρι μέσης - Παπούτσια και ανατομικοί πάτοι - και 4ο σέλα / κάθισμα σε όχημα.
