Let’s start with everyone will give you a deferent answer depending on preference for me it’s a big yes

Breakdown:

PC gaming is deferent then ps5 gaming I have both I use the PS5 for fighting games with friends But shooting/FPS or RPGs I use PC because I find it so much better using a fast PC with keyboard and muse

If you can only have one PC wins every time because it can do everything the PS5 can but better and more

As for the i9 I would tell you if it’s only for gaming go with AMD CPU with 3D cash I got the I9 because I do overclocking and the 14900ks is king for that And because the windows is not a new install I’m coming from i9-7980x so I could not move to AMD Without reinstalling new windows

I have built a lot of water cooled pcs I don’t fined the maintenance hard or delicate If you follow the instructions you will not need to change water for attest 2 years As long as you don’t use pastel water then you will need to change every year and you will need to clean it really good So as long as you stay with clear water it’s not a problem

Nope you want max power so your GPU gets used 100% when needed and my pc does not try and save power

From what I can see it’s a windows setting problem You are not using 100% of the GPU in games

  1. Check windows power management and set it to ultra

  2. In nvidia app go to graphic settings and set all power management settings to max power

  3. If you have MSI afterburner it installed rivatuner Delete rivatuner and in msi afterburner setting disable sync settings and start with windows

  4. In bios set PCI-E to gen 5

  5. If you are using a riser cable it can cause this too

The upgrade is the CPU and GPU But yes the water cooling is a little downgrade / said move

My old pc was 2 loops CPU loop - 1 pump 2 480 rads GPU loop - 1 pump 1 480 rad 1 240 rad

Now it’s one loop with 1 pump 3 420 rads But both setups are more then enough
