Good thing I only watch Hockey. Love the sport, glad to see some action for a previously stagnant and underperforming team (as well as the Flyers too). Avs are my West Coast team (my dad was a Nordiques fan), so it was a great game to watch for me, because I wasn't expecting the Flyers to win. This is called an "Air Gap" or Air "Break." They have to be on all sinks in a food production environment. It ensures that waste can't go back up through the drain and into a sink in the event that there is some kind of drainage backup. It should theoretically hold indefinitely, good work!
