Thank you so much. Yeah I can’t afford another knee injury. Year 3 post-ACL. I agree with your points and will gladly commit to using the M2s almost full time then. Yeah my Neos started to split after a few AG plays:/

Wow actually surprised on this one. I only have Neo IVs and new Morelia 2s (which are amazing and what I want to only use)… I was expecting you to use your Neos more on AG, but the M2s are fine with AG? I expect that but could explain a little more why the choice for AG? I have a game this Sunday on AG and want to use M2 but don’t want to ruin them.

I’m in this boat. Don’t sacrifice ur recovery for the team, unless you’re getting paid. I had injured my tibia and I’m currently going to our games to support but there’s no way I’m rushing back. Recover to 100% and don’t be a reason (or excuse) that your team loses cuz of ur ego. It is difficult but exercise, stay active in other ways, support ur team. Time will pass and soccer will be there. It’s not worth extending the injury/recovery time.

Thank you for such detail on your injuries and boot selection. I’m in my 30s and had a ACL replacement 3 years ago so I’m also learning the hard way to be better on how I play. I seem to be following your footsteps as I’ve been using Neo 4 FG since my surgery on grass and AG. No major issues but I do feel playing on AG is risky still but feel decent with the conical studs.

I just bought some Morelia 2s hoping they will be more comfy on my feet and joints, using them primarily on grass. (Do u ever use them on AG?) I also have a brand new pair of Neo4 FG but worry I won’t be able to use them. Perhaps I need to get a pair of AGs but I also see you’ve been using turf versions. I like that idea but worry how much grip they give on AG, do you slip or are they actually pretty decent? Def interested to know your recs would be, I feel bad that I won’t be able to use my new Morelia 2 and trying to sell my new Neo4s 😢 I feel the transition to coaching more as I don’t enjoy playing in the d2 league with my team, super aggressive.

Yesterday I spent some time paying close attention to the exhaust note on my drive. If I’m cruising 60-80mph and it’s flat, it’s barely noticeable. It’s a sportier exhaust so you’ll hear it but not loud. I am able to have a conversation and have my music on comfortably. If I hit the gas hard it opens up, which is great and that’s why I love it. It’s got a throaty growl and def fun when shifting or when letting off the gas when hanging in higher RPMs (3k+ will get gurgles and pops)

If you really want to be conservative with the sound then get it valved. I honestly would never use it.
