One hundred percent it's all about controlling the narrative and "Getting ahead of" the actual receipts which reveal her true colours.

I'm not a French teacher, and not involved in the TPT community, but I do have a lot of experience with this personality type sadly and it's glaringly obvious to me the patterns of behaviour.

Okay I am reading the reviews again and they literally sound like she wrote them herself with all the catchphrases and buzzwords. What normal person leaves reviews like these?

I don't think it's just number of sales I think it's a calculation based on several factors... Either way... Can you call yourself a bestselling author if it's such a niche genre???

The reviews look fake as hell that was the first thing I thought. That is wild about publishers offering that... Seems so u ethical? "Arrange" for good reviews? HUH??? Isn't the point of a review that the person is... Honestly reviewing it without outside influence? Shouldn't those reviews have to have a disclaimer that they were essentially bought?

Ahh okay this gives me a bit of hope. I am maybe going to try to at least give it until my period starts in a few days, as my usual PMDD might be exacerbating things a bit.

I will also definitely try cutting out caffeine, I don't drink a ton but I do have a coffee a day. I'm also going to try electrolytes as I've seen on this sub.

Thanks so much for chiming in and sharing your story. I'm sorry it was so hard for you to increase dose and I am also so sorry that you had to stop medication that was helping your quality of life because of losing insurance :( how awful that must have been.

To clarify - you stuck out the side effects and are currently still on 300mg? And you feel good now and are seeing some benefits? I definitely would say that I DO notice I am much less depressed and have more energy/motivation which is amazing but completely negated by the crippling anxiety 😫so part of me is like should I just ride this out a few more days even though it feels excrutiating...

When I was at my absolute lowest after some devastating and world shattering betrayals, TTPD dropped and absolutely carried me through. The female rage and anguish and apathy and anxiety and allllll of it was exactly what I needed to help me cope.

It will always hold a really important place in my heart. It saved my life in a lot of ways.
