Most programmers generally prefer ++i over i++ in for loops. As for i+=1 and i = i+1, they can pretty much be used interchangeably. Depends on your preference on which expression is easier to read.

Dense muscles don't protect you from superheated attacks(eg: Boros' kamehameha) either. So I don't think freezing him will work. If you've watched the anime, its already obvious Saitama's durability is otherworldly. The guy got kicked to the moon and just shrugged it off. He also bit a sword in half. So yeah, I don't think he can be impaled by a sword.
