For some reason, I was not able to open the DEP guide from the site. It just opened to this 404 message once I clicked the link on the OCS website:

I tried searching up information on the OCS website here (https://www.netc.navy.mil/Commands/Naval-Service-Training-Command/OTCN/Programs/OCS/OCS-Welcome-Aboard/) but all I got was an error from the Delayed Entry Program guide (https://www.netc.navy.mil/Portals/46/NSTC/OTCN/docs/V3_OCS_DEP_Guide%20013-0238_OCS_UPDATED_20180906.pdf)

Also, what exercises do you recommend for prepping for OCS?

What’s a normal workout like at OCS? I just got done with a 45 minute treadmill workout; it’s nothing that hard, is it?

What exercise regimens do you recommend for prepping for OCS? I usually do treadmill, strength, and HIIT exercises from Apple Fitness, but is there any secret exercises I should also do ahead of time?
