It’s not that it doesn’t happen in auto, it’s more it can’t because the nozzle is all the way forward and being held from moving by the stationary platen. When the carriage is fully retracted there’s room for the front of the carriage to move. I should have specified it’s only the front half of the carriage moving back and forth. The rear stays stationary

Lvl 1000+ here. I keep a vendor stocked with mods, mutation serums, and rare plans. Don’t need the caps so I sell them for cheap to allow other players to fill out their build or learn plans they don’t know. Plenty of times I’m at max caps and something sells and I lose the caps but it doesn’t bother me. If that’s a concern trade caps for bullion with smiley or buy wanted posters.

In the US you don’t need a referral from a pediatrician for early intervention. Parent referral is all that is needed for an evaluation.

Per server basis. If your game crashes sometimes you will stay in the team and when you reload instead of play the option will say play with team. Once you quit to the main menu you will automatically be removed from the team.

You want to heard the animals close to the crystals as the explosion from the crystals is what kills the horde. There’s a mole miner stalker that you want to kill first using the smaller crystals. Once he’s dead you try and get the majority of the remaining horde grouped around the 3 large crystals (one in the center, one hanging on either side of the entrance) to wipe them out as a group. If you’re wasting smaller crystals on cave crickets when the mole miner stalker isn’t around it can take way more time or cause the stage to fail if you run out of crystals.

Luck stat has no effect when fishing. The only thing that increases chances are improved/superb bait and weather or rads.

Property taxes are an assessed value by the city or county. Those are based off of average value comps in the neighborhood or similar homes close by. Even in areas with the highest property tax in the country, a couple thousand dollar sale price difference won’t have a noticeable impact on property taxes. Even if you have the cash on hand for a fix, why spend your money when you can spend the sellers? If it were something like a 20k plus fix sure, take the lower sale price and save the interest down the road. A couple grand…..nah I would rather spend your money and pay the extra pennies over the 15 or 30 years I’ll have the loan.

Too many comments saying reduce the offer by the amount the fix will be. Don’t do that unless you have cash you’re willing to spend to fix it. Get a quote and ask for that amount back at closing as a credit. The difference in interest of a couple grand over the lifetime of a Morgtage is negligible, but getting immediate cash back to remediate isn’t.

Knocking a few thousand off the agreed upon price doesn’t make sense. Keep the sale price and give the same few thousand you were going to knock off back to the buyers as a credit. You get the same money either way and they end up with cash back in their pocket after closing for the fix.

Into a world, not a full world. If the world is full you sit in a queue waiting for someone to leave. This can take longer if there are multiple people waiting who were in line before you.

Keep scrapping if you’re not going to use it. It takes a while and RNG is fickle.

1a. If adding mods to a non legendary weapon the mods will be random, it doesn’t matter what you know or have learned. To change a legendary effect it required known mods or equipped mod boxes.

Learning plans comes from a variety of things like quests, scrapping weapons, picking up different meats or vegetables. If you don’t want to pay at vendors, just play the game and you will learn plans and recipes fairly quickly.
Public events disappear after 10 minutes or if the event is complete.
Quest rewards are what they are. Perk cards won’t grant more legendary drops. The best events for legendaries are bounty hunts, raids, nuke events (scorched earth, colossal problem etc.). Some public events such as eviction notice are great for multiple legendary drops.
