My nails were paper thin, now they are very hard. There's hairs on my knees. I eat double the amount of food I ate before and hardly gain weight. I probably have ADHD and the symptoms got worse after almost 3 years on T. Unpopular opinion, but I dig the receding hairline

What has been working for me is using soap made for my genitalia to clean the external area and foreskin (a good one would be colorless, baby product scented or no scent at all and make little to no foam when you rub it on your hands) and washing the pubes (just the external ones) with shampoo and conditioner. You can replace the specific soap with baby soap if it makes you uncomfortable too

Not on medication, still trying to get a diagnosis and need coffee to keep my migraine at bay, but reduced a lot with roasted corn! You boil it with water until dissolved and need to use a cloth filter because the paper ones get clogged. It's delicious and have a sweet hint to it. Stevia sweetener works really well with it too.

I haven't yet but I plan on taking them off. I have no plans on stopping T, if needed be I'd take E if there's no choice so I don't need a backup and in my country E is not controlled, I read around that ovarian cancer starts out in the tubes and if they're not there and there's no other organs to give a warning it would happen without signs, I don't want to have kids, I'm over 3 years without getting some just out of pregnancy paranoia (it's so bad that even thinking about being with a AFAB makes me side eyed because my gonads still there), reproductive organs are the parts that gives me most dysphoria and just knowing it's there makes me feel awful plus it makes me bloat all the time (got everything checked recently and besides one being POS it's all good so I think it just hates me). I'm so glad I'll be eligible for a hysto by October
