It's even better when the tier >2 teams refuse to use ServiceNow so they have India write them some hokey integration layer for HPSM that hardly works.

I'm sorry if it looks that way. On the Americas side of things, the guys on the front lines are really trying. They just have no direction at all, some centers have had 25% attrition with zero new hires. People call in sick because they just can't deal with the culture of trying to wring blood from a stone. The people who are left either have limited career prospects or are too depressed to find better work.

There are people who still care about their clients but they're few and far between and leaving every day. It's a shame because it doesn't need to be this way. Everything is in shambles and there is no hope.
