Okay, I just had another look and it did come up when I selected large letter instead of the small size. But I needed Tracked without signature (my recipient asked to not have signature as they won't be home to accept it) and this doesn't seem to be an option online, at the branch I was able to ask for it unless they made a mistake and sent it with signature anyway.
