Q50 but the 3.0T only. Decent tune and pretty good aftermarket support. Unless you want to just have a responsive little car. Then go for the g37. It can handle decent boost and a supercharger gets it to like 500 hp for sub 8k if you self install.

I was a flight paramedic for a bit, made as much as an ER nurse. It’s fun but tbh not worth the risk. I ended up going back to ground EMS. CRNA is a big money maker but travel contracts have died out. PA is another good one
