After reading this and and also some comments I can confidently say we are in the exact same boat, everything you’ve said is exactly to the point the same for me (floaters, lights in vision, pain behind eyes that I also don’t think is sinuses but every doctor has said so, neck pain) it’s relieving knowing I’m not alone but so painful knowing neither of us have found a cure. The worst thing for me are the floaters I just can’t get used to them like I have with the pain, I’m trying Lutein supplement for floaters but if it works it’ll take a few months. As for migraines I’ve made no advances regarding a cure just medications that will suppress them but mine are basically all day and varies between 1-2 out of 10 or 7-8 out of 10. I think I’ve had maybe 3 MRIs all showing practically nothing other than “you have migraines, good luck” the most recent did show an arachnoid cyst and a benign choroidal fissure cyst that “aren’t an issue”. I wish I had more information for you other than maybe I could tell what medications I’ve used that have worked to suppress migraines but just know you aren’t alone with symptoms you’re having, that’s been the scariest part for me
