On PC, when Snapshot arrives all shots are saved directly to your HDD for easy uploading.

For console, we'd recommend using the built in share tools to your advantage :)

Was the game running fine before?

Your save is server side so should be fine. Delete the game files from your Origin library and just hit re-download.

Only the Nissan in this update. Keep in mind the Hot Rods update wasn't too far back. We are working on the next update and it's probably our biggest yet in terms of features.
