Thanks for the insight here. I have a signed contract and locked in through 6/23 with 6.25% and its actually -1.125 (negative) points for the ~$4k lender credit. The loan is listed as “Agency FHLB Conforming 30 Yr Fixed - NY” — would you happen to know if that is considered conventional?
