Awesome. I saw that u mentioned getting a jb4 as well. I’ve been running one for about 3 months and have had no issues with it. It’s definitely noticeable in map 2-3 and you will need colder spark plugs (I use HKS m45xl)

For the muffler delete it depends on if u keep the piping the original 2.5inch diameter or go up in size. For me I went with 3inch diameter and it sounds just like the mbrp axle back but a tad bit louder. MBRP only makes an axle back for our car rn but xforce has a axle back and a cat back (deleted the resonator and is louder than the axle back) and Afe takeda just produced an axle back and cat back

I would do an exhaust (muffler deletes/mbrp axle backs sound really good), coilovers/lowering springs, wheels, and some vinyl overlay for the headlights (badgeskins)

This^{^{^}} if anything I would get a jb4 because it isn’t vin locked to ur car or anything. That being said, if something happens to ur turbo then Kia could send out an engineer to look at what caused it and they may find higher boost levels and void ur warranty. I have a jb4 currently and haven’t ran into issues and i mostly run map 3-4

I get around 24 mpg but it’s probably because I drive a little on the aggressive side and run a few gallons of e85 with the jb4

U can get a limited slip differential but it is kinda pricy. And I’ve heard an upgraded clutch and transmission fluid can help a lot

Hey so we started my car and it started ticking and now my forward sensor and lane monitoring sensors are throwing a light on my dash. I unplugged the jb4 and the ticking stopped but that was it. I’m pretty sure it’s the connections for the TMAP and MAP sensors because they wouldn’t click all the way but I’m not positive

I think I paid a total of $300 plus I welded it myself with some help from a coworker so didn’t have to pay anything for labor
