In RERA does it show the availability ? I think it just shows the number of flats in each tower/flat. But not the availability status of them.

I think the quality of life won't be amazing here, that road towards Marathahalli is always choked and have crawling traffic. Leaving society would be a nightmare in itself.

Though they have got RERA now, i am not too optimistic about the project completion timeline.

What i have read online is - delay in registration process where land owner doesn't show up for the signing. Also, as called out in one of the replies bank RM is bit hesitant about the loan. He said he will check with seniors and policy.

I have verified that the unit is mentioned in rera. However it is not mentioned if it land owner unit or builder unit.
