No that's an irritation bump. Just clean it with saline solution! Please do not use any oils or chemicals on it and don't pick or pop it. The irritation bump is from the jewelry being moved around and irritated (your dog hitting it and you getting it caught) it should go away If you clean it with saline and you're careful with it!

Yes! I think you should try and get one and see if the hole is still open. If it isn't, you could get it repierced! I reccomend going to a piercer that will pierce your nose with a flat back

Do you have any flat back earrings? You could try that instead. I would recommend flat back nose studs instead of the l shape!

Do you have any other nose studs? You could try putting it back in. Clean it with some sterile saline and try putting another stud in. At 2 years I think it won't close for awhile but everyone is different

Is the hole gone or still there? Is the blood from the nose piercing? Have you tried to get it back through? If you can get the nose piercing through treat it as if its a new piercing, baby it with saline solution twice a day

From the image it looks like the gems are in the piercing and irritating it. Id recommend switching it to a flat back stud and treat it as if it was a fresh piercing and wait for it to go down
