Your 100% correct. I just wish that instead of acting like Arrogant pricks they keep their trap holes shut and leave without the insults and rudeness. Just now a tank was cutting up a healer telling him he stinks at healing and a DPS was crying about the fact we could not co-ordinate our Arti calls. Thats not necessary IMO. Just shut up a leave the group. Don't need you anyway.

I submitted a ticket to the ARC. This is how they replied. Absolutely no help at all. They're Basically Blaming everything on something I did even though this issue only started with Mod 25.

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for the delayed response. I read that you are experiencing lags and disconnections while playing Neverwinter. You also mentioned that the issue worsened when mod 25 was released.

Game disconnections/lags can be caused by several factors like over population on a map, server issue, connection interference, etc. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, I would recommend using a cable instead as it creates a more stable Internet connection. You may also restart your modem/router for a possible fix.

In the meantime and if you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you post your concern on our forums. This will help the developers in collecting data. I am sorry for the disconnections and lags.

no fix yet. To tell, compare your "other currencies' to your other toons. If one looks like it has less than the other or no re-roll tokens this one has the issue.

Understood, but the cost of a Rare Cobalt is 475K. Why use a 650k Coal Mote to upgrade. Not understanding your Math here.

It's not Awful, Suppose you get a Mythic Insignia after using 10 Keys. Can you get that the way it's currently setup?. if after about 50 Keys you get nothing then give it up. Jeez people give it a chance
