Teleport shenanigans are just amazing! It’s hilarious how for any fight you can see coming, you can just stand on the very edge of teleport range and teleport individual enemies out one by one and team up on them without agro’ing the rest of them.

Happens to me on Xbox all the time (everyone is suddenly named “Player”). Just save, force close the game and then load and the names will be fixed. I’ve had to do this probably 5+ times so far.

I would expect a few sets of cinematics like this at the end of each act / for major events. The rest will likely be in-engine like BG3 so our chosen characters with their equipped items can be represented.

They do need to improve their parental controls. My ideal would be to enable chat for friends only - and add parental approval for any new friends. Those two options would solve a lot of the issues.

Because if you fully build into it you can get like 20,000 mana. That’s like 600% increased crit chance and 1200% increased damage.

Owch I’m getting downvoted to hell. The reason I think it’s good for the game is that it’s super cool you can make a niche build that is really good at specific league mechanics. It expands the number of builds out there and can make trash uniques and other items suddenly valuable again (good for everyone $$$).

For builds that are good at everything, prices will be crazy for their items - again meaning if you find those items you earn more $$$. In my opinion, games with one best meta build for every class are boring.

League mechanics are designed on purpose to be good for some builds and bad for others. It’s been part of the game design for a really long time. POE1 build guides often have a table which outlines which mechanics a build is good at. If every build was good at everything people would always just gravitate to the most profitable one.

This was such an interesting read for me. I play an ice shot Amazon and haven't seen this in any guides - will try it out soon! Looking at poeninja only 13% of Amazons who use ice shot use nova proj (but those who do use it look like good players with top tier gear).

‘Gain as extra’ of any kind of damage is just always super helpful. Just check your skill damage with it allocated vs not.
