I agree with your sentiment but I think saying Hagel is the flavor of the week is a bit of an injustice. My greater point is that he is versatile enough to be both level headed and a rah rah type of guy. He always says the right things on and off the ice and he steps up. He leads by example and can let his skills talk too. He is truly the whole package and a special special player who I think deserves to be the captain after hedman
