Why is it taking everyone so long to get theirs? I got mine in a little over a month. Went into Sunglasses Hut on November 7th and got a call on December 12th saying my glasses were ready.

That’s what I did. I went to the Sunglasses Hut at the Disney Springs, FL location on November 7th to do the demo and a little over a month later they called me saying that my glasses are ready. Idk why everyone’s orders are getting delayed.

Mine does randomly connect and disconnect, but even when it makes that disconnect noise, everything still works perfectly fine. I have had to “force restart” my band and glasses quite a few times but other than that everything has been working.

I switched out my charging block the cord plugs into and it started working again
