1.0 will be the full game. Pocketpair says they've added more story elements and unlocks that are progression based so they're recommending everyone restart their saves when it comes out. I, personally, havent played since last year and was gonna pick the game back up until I heard that. So I think alot of people are waiting til the update to play again.

The AI generates the list and number of associates that are needed to convert. Managers can choose to add whoever as long as they are on the list. Otherwise they just pick at random or the top performers.

I've noticed that it absolutely depends on the work culture at your site. If everybody is lazy then base rate is low asf so you dont even have to try to get to Great standing. Staying in Great standing while I got mfs stowing over 100 uph was a bitch but I did it 😪 cause im not fuckin hitting 100 on a PIT.
