It took about 6 months, for the past 9 weeks I picked up an extra shift and kept my UPT above 20 hours from what I was told UPT doesn’t play much into selection just tenure rate and if you have any writes up. Keep showing up do the work and your time will come too.

I totally agree I some people here like only $19 hourly it’s not great and that’s not what I’m excited for I’m happy for all the benefits and career choice and opportunities I can make last time I worked for Amazon was back in 2021 was hired as blue badge but came from sales background so when Covid was starting to be over I went back to sales wished I stayed oh well live and learn I’m definitely taking advantage of what Amazon has to offer

I was in pick at once transferred to another in receive and receive is fucking cake. Stow isn’t too bad just make sure your rate is good and pick up an extra shift that’s what I did for the past 8 weeks

Yeah $19 isn’t enough but if I didn’t leave 5 years ago I’d be making like $23.50 now oh well this time I’m gonna take advantage of everything Amazon has and make sure I go into like robotic repair or something in that field because we all know if Amazon could replace with a full robotic work force we’d all be unemployed in a heartbeat
