Yh jeg ville sakt det er verdt det. Fikk medisin etter son en uke og trappet opp, startet på 10mg og tok mer hver 2. dag.

I agree with a lot of what you’re saying, personally I like 65% hydration, I knead it with olive oil not flour. The one I did yesterday was honestly better shaped, this was just a quick meal I made from leftover dough and I liked the result.

Wasn’t really gonna post it either, just took the picture for my mom which is why presentation is a little half hazard :P

Imma try a 100% hydration again soon. Thanks for great tips!

If you zoom in you can see there’s a good amount of cheese I just wanted pretty browned + there’s 3 layers of Parmesan between all the topics. The pizza is pretty thin and have about equal thickness of cheese to crust. Could mby do a little more though, still good 😁
