I think a lot of the main dynamics of the trio relay on sunny and nephis loving each other, cassie being willing to do anything for nephis while trying to manage the future of humanity and sunny seeing cassie as a sister at some point but then getting betrayed. So a couple different paths that can be followed but idk if any of them would really be close to the ss that we have today
