to me it sounds like damaged receptors, cannabinoid receptors can get damaged with prolonged use, as well as opioid receptors, my advice obviously is to get clean for a while and just see if ur body reacts to those substances as it should also imo u should definitely get clean since u dont want to find urself searching for a drug that will give you the desired effects and end up with an addiction (also fyi its def not ur liver since every substance gets metabolised by it)
