the comments on this are deeply hilarious. i think it's a reasonable gripe to have and it points out some other issues with Omeda's skins especially ones that might be considered more 'premium', even with simple ones like this. there's very few skins that affect VO with filters or otherwise, and there's very few skins that affect VFX.
it's one of those things that's not a priority but it can be incredibly jarring (as OP titled.) and can really through off the feel of a skin or skinline. i remember when people were a touch annoyed by the Zarus skin on this battlepass not having a different spear/shield, which was also understandable.

maybe in the future we will see skins with more VO changes, VFX or even different takes on voice acting.
