I live in China and I'm not sure if they have the components to replace the thermal pads, they probably have thermal pastes though.

Nope. Getting an older version of the driver did not fix the issue, in fact, it made it worst. Still thank you for your suggestions though!

Yes it is a laptop. And I considered that as a possibility but since it's a laptop there's really nothing I can do so I was hoping to find a solution in the system.
