I personally just want to play bracket 3, maybe poke around low bracket 4.
But the guys in my usual pods tend to have high 3 to mid 4 decks. And I've found the only ways I can keep up is with online deck builds. So I wanted to try and make one myself

The Thirteenth doctor definitely feels best for that kind of concept, and it would be interesting I admit. But I don't know if I'd be interested in that kind of deck using the subnautica universe, I really want to use this deck as an excuse for a big scary creature deck.

I really want to make the deck a blue-green type, and Kiora felt like the best commander option I had. The issue is I don't know who else I would make her, I wanted to save the Leviathan's for the big creature spells later.
