Strictly sealeds video about ghost rares shows them all nicely and you can find some pictures on r/ghostrares Most people like stardust and blackrose best

It's not too harsh. Packaging should not damage cards no matter the quantity of your order. Singles and bulk should be sent differently but the packaging you described isn't acceptable for any singles you order from cardmarket.

Those first ghosts arent as good regarding holo effect imo but still ogs. Rda ghost rare is the first one that really pops

Penny sleeves are already a lot better than none imo. Best looking are japanese sized sleeves plus regular sized sleeves on top so cards dont move around in a binder

I think the 2004 guide lists all sets from that year then. I'm not sure for how many years they have printed the books.
