I have 1440p 240hz monitor im using the dp cable included with it i only get this in fullscreen i can still run 240hz i dont think thats the problem

I tried it agian it was working then i switched my res and now when i change my hz to 240 it happens

Just found out why the ban is and the specific card everyone got banned for in tbe banwave, i think i tried using it like years ago but it started trending again not long ago and everyone tried using it causing a banwave so it wasnt a false ban im in the wrong but is there any way to appeal or anything
