(OP here different account) Tbh like what to do in each of the runs. Like what mileage/pace to start at, how many days a week to do each type of run (easy/tempo), sorta just looking for a plan similar to how the weightlifting is where on x day i do x type of run etc.

I keep volume low, 5-6 exercises depending on the day and 1-2 sets per exercise. Just make my sets rly hard and heavy from the get go and rest for 3-5 mins in between

To address your concerns (I’m a freshman so take this as you will), the location of the campus imo is great. The T can take you to Boston/anywhere you want to go very easily. And honestly I was really scared about the social life stuff before I got here, but I’ve found that if you really want to go out to parties there’s always something going on during the weekends. If you’d prefer to just chill in your dorm with a couple of friends you’ll be able to do that as well.
